- Moonbeam is a new podcast player
which helps you discover new content, and interact with your
favorite podcast hosts.
- Htrack is the easiest way to
track your daily activities with your trainer or nutritionist or a
friend. Doing this helps keep you accountable to changes you want to
make to your life, e.g., changes to diet, exercise, meditation or
anything else.
- Gratitude Practice lets you
track daily gratitudes with a friend. Just writing down and sharing
three things a day for which you are grateful has been shown to
decrease stress and increase happiness.
